Baxter Selects Amadeus As Compliance Platform
Quebec City, July 21st, 2005 - Amadeus International Inc. “Amadeus” (TSX-V: AML), global leader of advanced compliance process control solutions , today announced that Baxter , a global healthcare company, has selected the eQCM® compliance process control solution for its Medical Delivery Group facilities located in Illinois, USA.
Baxter Medication Delivery Group, which deals daily with medical devices, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology regulations, choose the highly flexible eQCM® software solution to manage customer complaints, nonconformances, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) at the division’s headquarters located in Round Lake, Illinois, and its technical services department, in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. The division will also implement the eQCM® Audit management solution in a few months.
With a portfolio of products designed to reduce medication errors and improve patient safety, Baxter Medication Delivery Group needed a compliance system that could manage multiple regulations and adapt easily to changing regulated processes.
