Amadeus International Inc. and DMR Finalize Strategic Alliance
Quebec City, November 2nd, 2006 – Amadeus International, Inc. (TSX-V: AML), a pioneer and leader of advanced compliance process control solutions, and DMR Conseil, a division of Fujitsu Consulting, the North American consulting and services arm of the $40.6 billion Fujitsu Group, announced a strategic alliance that combines DMR’s professional services with Amadeus’ flagship product, the eQCM® software suite. The alliance represents the conclusion of a master collaboration agreement resulting from the sale earlier this year of the financial compliance services unit of Amadeus to DMR.The master agreement, that was signed at the end of September, covers multiple aspects, namely:
- Joint go-to-market activities leveraging DMR’s services and technology;
- Integration of some of DMR’s intellectual property and professional services (including financial compliance, enterprise governance and financial and operational risk management) into the Amadeus eQCM® software suite;
- Professional services provided by DMR to help deploy eQCM® in large national and international accounts;
- Collaboration between both companies in the design and development of the Amadeus software solution.
