Kerry (Québec) Inc. has selected Amadeus software as its Enterprise Quality and Compliance Management System

Quebec City, July 25th, 2007 — Amadeus International Inc. (TSX-V: Aii), provider of the most flexible and user friendly solution for the automation of quality and compliance processes, today announced that Kerry (Québec) Inc., a leader in the global food industry, has selected Amadeus’ eQCM® solution to enhance the automation of their quality processes, namely the management of their documentation, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), audits, nonconformances and customer complaints.

eQCM® is designed to help organizations automate their quality and compliance business processes.  The eQCM® software is designed for maximum flexibility and easy adaptation to an organization’s unique processes. Kerry (Quebec) Inc. has now the possibility to design and adapt its own business processes with minimal information technology support requirements. Managing processes within eQCM® will accelerate completion time, increase the communications in the organization and moreover will permit data analysis to make better decisions and embrace the continuous improvement cycle.  In addition to flexibility, the intuitive task management capabilities including robust integrated e-mail notifications were also a key selection factor for Kerry (Quebec) Inc.
